What do Gold, Silver, and Bronze shipper badges mean?
How WEARHOUSE measures average ship speed and when the bolt appears on a profile.

The shipper bolt on a profile shows how quickly a seller typically ships after an order is paid. It only appears after enough shipped orders to calculate a fair average — never for sellers who have not shipped, and never before the minimum sample is met.
When the bolt appears
- WEARHOUSE averages hours from order paid → first SHIPPED status.
- A bolt is shown only after at least 3 measurable shipped orders.
- Sellers who have never shipped, or who have fewer than 3 samples, show no shipper bolt.
Tier definitions
- Gold — typically ships within 1 day of receiving an order.
- Silver — typically ships within 1–2 days of receiving an order.
- Bronze — typically ships between 2–3 days of receiving an order.

In the iOS app, tap the bolt on a profile to see a short explainer for that seller’s Gold, Silver, or Bronze shipper status.
