DONNA is a Windows desktop tool built for sellers who need to list many pieces without uploading one by one in the mobile app. You sign in with your normal WEARHOUSE seller account. Access is invite-only - Wearhouse staff authorise accounts before DONNA can create listings.

What DONNA is for

When you have a large wardrobe, a new drop, or stock from another shop, listing item-by-item on your phone is slow. DONNA is the dedicated bulk-upload path: prepare products on your computer, then push them to Wearhouse in batches through a secured desktop client - separate from the iOS and Android apps buyers and sellers use day to day.

How it works

  1. Become a Wearhouse seller - apply and get your shop set up on the marketplace.
  2. Request DONNA access - tell us you need bulk upload (for example when you apply to sell, or via seller support). Staff grant access on your username.
  3. Install DONNA on Windows - once authorised, use the desktop app with the same username and password you use on Wearhouse.
  4. Upload in bulk - prepare photos and listing details, then publish through DONNA. Listings appear on your Wearhouse shop like any other item.
Who can use DONNA
  • Authorised sellers only. Even with the app installed, login and uploads fail until staff enable DONNA for your account.
  • Windows desktop. DONNA is built for PC bulk workflows - not a replacement for the mobile app for everyday selling and chat.
  • Same account, dedicated path. Your Wearhouse credentials work in DONNA; listing creation uses a separate, allowlisted API reserved for this client.

What you still use the app for

Orders, messages, shipping, offers, and day-to-day shop management stay in the Wearhouse mobile app and on the web. DONNA is for getting inventory live at volume - then you sell and fulfill as usual.

Get access

If you are listing at scale and want DONNA, apply to sell (or message us if you already have a shop) and ask for bulk-upload access. We review seller accounts before enabling the desktop client.
