How long does a refund normally take?
Refunds after cancellation, disputes, or failed delivery on WEARHOUSE.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless support instructs otherwise. Banks and card networks add their own processing windows.
What affects timing
- Whether the payment was captured or only authorised.
- Your card issuer or bank’s settlement cycle (often several business days).
- Weekends, holidays, and risk or compliance checks in edge cases.
What you should do
- Check the order’s status in Profile → Menu → Orders.
- If status shows refunded but funds are missing, wait the full bank window, then contact your bank with the transaction reference.
- Use Help Centre → Start a conversation if the order state looks wrong versus what you experienced.
