Orders (Sold and Bought)
One list for sales and purchases on WEARHOUSE.

Orders is the operational hub for tracking, shipping labels, completion, and feedback.
Open orders
- Profile → Menu (three lines) → Orders.
- Switch between Sold and Bought with the tabs at the top of the list.
- Tap an order for detail - tracking, Cancel order when shown, Confirm shipping / View shipping label (seller), I’ve received / Complete Order (buyer), and feedback. For disputes, message Support from Inbox.
Seller fulfilment
- Confirm shipping when you post, then View shipping label to get your label.
- Ship within about 7 days of payment or the order may be cancelled automatically.
- Choose the right parcel size on the listing so quotes stay accurate.
- Local meetup / cash pickup is not offered - use Home delivery or Collection point only.
Buyer completion
- Tap I’ve received this item when the parcel arrives.
- Then tap Complete Order to leave feedback and release payment.
- If you don’t complete, payment auto-releases about 2 days after delivery.
- Item Not as Described: message Support from Inbox within 3 days of delivery (include your order details).
