How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Shipped, in transit, and tracking on WEARHOUSE orders.

You’ll see status updates on the order and may receive notifications when the seller confirms shipped or when tracking scans appear.

In the app

  1. Open Profile → Menu → Orders, switch to purchases, and select the order.
  2. Open tracking when a tracking link or code is shown.
  3. Watch for push notifications if you enabled them under Settings → Notifications.

Seller side

Sellers should confirm shipped only after handing the parcel to the carrier. Buyers see that transition in the same order detail view.
