When will I receive my item?
Delivery expectations for Home delivery vs Collection point on WEARHOUSE.

Estimated delivery depends on the seller’s handling time, shipping carrier, and the option you chose at checkout. Sellers should ship within about 7 days of payment.
At checkout
- Home delivery - parcel ships to the address you provide; tracking may appear after the seller confirms shipping.
- Collection point - seller ships to a shop or locker near you; collect within the carrier’s time window.
After delivery
- When the parcel arrives, tap I’ve received this item, then Complete Order when you’re happy.
- If you don’t complete the order, payment auto-releases to the seller about 2 days after delivery.
- Item Not as Described can be raised within 3 days of delivery by messaging Support from Inbox (include your order details).
If dates slip
- Message the seller once through the order or chat thread.
- If there is no meaningful update, message Support from Inbox with your order details.
