What’s a collection point?

Choosing Collection point delivery at checkout on WEARHOUSE.

Collection point means the seller ships to a locker or shop near you, and you collect the parcel there. It is separate from Home delivery. Rates come from shipping carriers when that option is available for your route.

How it works

  1. At payment, pick Collection point if offered alongside Home delivery.
  2. Complete purchase; follow any email or in-app instructions for the code or location.
  3. Collect within the carrier’s time window to avoid returns to sender.

Good to know

  • Some quotes only offer Home delivery for your postcode - Collection point may show as unavailable.
  • Seller drop-off shops (e.g. ParcelShop) under Home delivery still deliver to your door; they are not buyer collection points.
